John Baptized Today

John prayed to receive Christ as his Lord and Savior last December. He wanted to wait until Grandma and Pop Pop were able to come over for him to get baptized. Grandma had a good week so they were able to came over this weekend. Today was the day he was merged into the waters of baptism. Nana and Bob also came to church with us today and we went to lunch afterwards.

Cotillion...Winter Wonderland

Our second event of the year with Cotillion. Another black tie. We always look forward to these nights out. To charish the times we have together. Its fun to get all dressed up every now and then. I dread it until I get there. Once I'm there its great! Our baby sitter brought her 13 year old son and the boys love him. She was their preschool teacher when they were all one. She's great!

Happy Valentine's Day 2008

I hope everyone had a Happy Valentine's Day. This year all the children were in school so Chris and I enjoyed a lunch date out alone. It was nice. I cooked a steak dinner and all the fixins Thursday evening. The boys love Valentine's. We have always made a big deal about it being a special day to celebrate the ones you love. Those close to your heart. When they got up to find goodies bags at the breakfast table before school. Drew said "I told you mama had us something". Only Drew. They got candy and the new movie Snow Buddies. They love those Airbud movies. They have already watched a 3 or 4 times in 2 days.
We have started baseball season already with practice 3 times a week. Only to say that Drew is playing this year too. He is very excited!! Yes, they practice at two different places so Chris and I tag a lot and swap out on who takes who. Gotta make things fair. Chris helps coach both teams. I am excited to see how that will work. He's going to be running! A LOT! If their games are at the same time then he'll help coach Drews team. That's only fair since he's helped Johns team for 3 years. I will say that the boys are playing at the same place so they will at least be at the same ball park during games. Yeah! John again plays for Pepperell and Drew will be playing for Darlington. Don't let me forget that Patrick plays too. "When I get big" That's his quote. Were gone every night now with the boys in Awana's on Wednesday evening. So if you don't see us or talk to us in a while, we'll be at the ball park until late May. The life with all boys. It's fun and exciting and NEVER a dull moment. Stay tuned for pictures.

Basketball

I'm sure you've been wondering where we've been. It's been a crazy month. Like everyone busy. John played YMCA basketball this year for the first time and loved it. The last two games he became a very defensive player. He finished the season last Friday night a week ago. Below are a few pictures from basketball. He was #35.
