Merry Christmas

Caroline at Nana's Christmas Eve. She had fun watching everyone
open presents. She would just watch and smile.
The Cromer Family Christmas Night
Dinner with the Farmer family (Bobs sisters and their family came to our house)
It was a lot of fun and a lot of food which is what we like.
Christmas Morning with my children. Hey, with four children in
a picture, there is no way everyone will do right. This time it
was Patrick. Don't ask me what he was doing. Who knows...
Excitement! Another toy. The kids this year really got a lot of clothes from
us so when a toy was opened from relatives they were excited.
Santa to Patrick
All Patrick asked Santa for was this Tonka Truck.
It's his favorite.
Santa to Drew Drew wanted constuction stuff. And his
favorite... well he can't come up with just one thing. He loves it all from everyone.
Santa to John
The only thing John wanted was a electric scooter.
It's his favorite.
Caroline liked her Santa.
I don't think this was made when my boys were litte and everyone
told me it was the best thing to have. So Santa brought one to Caroline.
She seems to like it. So far it great!

Caroline is growing and doing so good.

Caroline is 3 1/2 months old and we're excited about her first Christmas. Of course she doesn't need a thing. We'll diapers and yes that is what we asked Santa for. I thought I'd post a few "big girl pictures" She sat just in the corner of her changing table which probably wasn't the safest place but one pose didn't hurt. Besides she was happy and getting ready to get a dirty diaper off and a fresh bath. Brothers were already in bed except John and Daddy who had gone to a birthday party to a Hawks basketball game. We're just having fun.
A few days ago hanging out with my
daddy while mommy ate dinner.
I'm ready to go. That's my middle name. Go.
It seems like thats all we do. Bus the olders around.

Preschool Christmas Program

Monday was Patrick preschool program. Sunday night Chris and I decided we would not video this program. Well, when it's your 7th program in a row and there all alike in some way. And all in tow thought it would be too much. That all changed when I picked Patrick up from school Monday and was told he needed to be there early so he could get into his costume. He was going to be a wise men. I called Chris and said we have to video. "What"? Yes, Patrick is going to be a wise men in the program and we've never had a special part. I hope he participates and does his part. Not only did he do his part but he was GREAT! He sang all the songs and new all the words. He had a good time and so did we.
All 200 children
Look at him sing. Of course it didn't surprise me that
he couldn't keep his hands off baby Jesus b/c he's that way with his sister.

Mother / Daughter

Mommy above and Caroline below both at six weeks of age on the same blanket.

Our new Saturdays...Basketball

Our new Saturdays... Every Saturday until Feb. 14 we'll be at the YMCA playing basketball. It could be worse. Patrick could be playing. Drew plays in the morning and John plays in the afternoon. It messes up your whole day. We've got to teach Drew how to pass the ball to his teammates. I guess being the second born he thinks he should have the ball all the time. I'll give it to him, he does score a lot of goals.
We're yelling "Drew pass it!" He thinks if he has the ball its his to take it to the house. "The goal". It doesn't matter if he's at the other end of the court. This age is so fun to watch, I'll have to say.
The cheerleader. Caroline just sat and the ladies cheering behind us kept her entertained. She thought they were talking to her. And they did from time to time.

Our stocking are hung.

We had to include the elves too. The boys have already asked if Santa would send Caroline an elf next year. And Drew said it needed to be a girl elf.
The kids in their Christmas pajamas. Their elves brought them the movie Horton hears a who Saturday morning and lots of candy and popcorn so we decided we would have a movie night. The boys love this. Our stocking are hung and there is no room for another one. We're full in our house.

Lunch with Santa

The boys look forward to lunch with Santa every year. It's always fun. This year Caroline got to join us. Yeah! She did so well I almost left her in his lap while I went to eat my lunch. I guess she thought of it as a big comfy lap to sit in. Although his lap wasn't as big as some. She sat in her sit all during lunch and talked to everyone that walked by. She is feeling a lot better. I'm so glad this hasn't bothered her sleeping during the day or night. I have to get my sleep to survive with all four kidos. I'm not much help without it. Ha.
Caroline hangs out with the jolly old man for a while. She says "I'm good".
The Cromer kids with Santa and Mrs. Clause.
Sorry this picture isn't any closer. I guess when you have a family as large as ours people just want to make sure everyone is in it. I'm just glad Chris' head isn't cut off like people would do when it was just us MANY years ago before kids.

Already "3" months Wow.

Wow! It's hard believe that Caroline is already three months. She had to visit the doctor this morning. She hasn't felt well since Sunday. Clear runny noise and all that junk. I called Monday with concerns but there really wasn't nothing we can give here because of her age. I told them I'd bring her in before the weekend if she didn't get any better. So I took her this morning. She weighed 11lbs. 9ozs. She's getting to be a big girl. She did test positive for RSV and had the beginning stage of an ear infection in her left ear. I had to get a nebulizer and give her breathing treatments every 4 to 6 for her wheezing. I'll have to say that she is a trooper.

Roll Tide Roll!

Sweet Girl!
Can we say 36 - 0? Roll Tide Roll!
Poor Drew... I'm proud of him. He's still an Auburn fan.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I'm so thankful for my family here and afar. We've had our ups and downs this year and our share of troubles but the bond that we share is priceless. I lost my mother five years ago and my stepmother just last month. It was a hard day for many first to come without her. We send our love and support to my wonderful dad who we wish we could see more often. She was the only grandmother on my side of the family that my children had in their lives. Drew was just 9mos. when my mother passed. We always send our balloons to those we miss. Just a last week after Johns football banquet they got balloons and as we started to get into the van, John said, "Let's send them up to Grandma". My heart melted. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for. The Moore Family along with my mothers parents, my mothers sister Nancy and her husband John and his mother from Chicago.
My dad, sister and oldest brother whose house we were at in Florence, Al. We're missing one brother and his daughter.
I even got my grandmother on the pony. Yeah! Watch for the driver. My first time to drive a pony. My grandmother held on for dear life.
John, Drew, & Patrick get a ride from my sister in laws brother on the pony. They had a blast.

It's been a long day. Birthdays!

Wow! He's 9

John had a birthday week. Aunt Susie and Uncle Danny came in from South Carolina Wednesday and had birthday dinner we celebrated with Chris' family. Thursday on his birthday Nov. 13 he shared a birthday with his teacher at school who is 32 years older than he is. We had cupcakes, ice cream and juice boxes at school. Then Thursday night we took him out to dinner. Saturday was a party with 5 friends who came over to play football out in the yard, eat hot dogs, have smores and Johns favorite a BIG cookie. Moms tired! He's had a good week.

TWO Months Old

Wow! Its hard to believe that our little princess is already two months old. She had her checkup today and weighed 9lbs 14ozs and was 21 1/2 inches long. She is doing pretty good and were getting on a routine. Praise the Lord. Somewhat of one anyway when you have 3 older brothers going every which way, we just go with the flow.

Roll Tide Roll!

My #1 Bama Fan.
First of all, thank you to my niece Abbey, for taking pictures. We took the kids to Alabama's Homecoming football game last weekend and spent the day with my niece, nephew, Kathy, my brother and his wife, Tina. We had a good time. I brought my camera but for some reason it stayed in the car. I thought about it. Do I get credit for that. Chris, myself, my brother and John went to the game while the others stayed at the house. They got to go tour the campus. Yes, Caroline loved it! UA class of 2029. WOW! That makes us feel OLD. Patrick should have gone to his first Alabama game being the only other fan in our home. He'll have to tell you why he didn't get to go. Daddy almost put him in a trash can on their way back from the bookstore. He even embarrassed John and Drew. Welcome to my world with that child. Its his way or no way. It did cost him his "first" Alabama football game. John had a good time. He is a Georgia fan but loves the sport and will go to any game.
My niece Abby and nephew Travis with John Caroline and I
Drew and Patrick with the "BEAR" as they toured campus.

Halloween 2008

Okay its hard to remember with four children to take pictures. Or should I say I'm too busy to think about pictures until it's too late. These are all I got on Carolines first halloween. She was a lady bug. John Drew and Patrick decided to be the same thing they were last year. Except Drew as Patrick pointed out changed from a TN football player to a Norte Dame football player this year. Well it was easy to find their costumes. Isn't she sweet. I wish I had more pictures. We went to our next door neighbors house and then to the church for truck or trick. Caroline slept most of the night until she had a blow out in her pants. At least it was time to go home after changing her and I've learned with her to bring extra clothes. I hope she out grows this habit.

Roll Tide Tide & Go Gamecocks!

Thank you to Mrs. Kathy and niece Abby
for the cute little Alabama outfit. Caroline looked like a doll.
Roll Tide Roll! Of course my father in law who is huge Auburn fan said she could sit on the A all day. He said that bc he bought John Auburn diapers when John was a baby and didn't think about it. I told him I loved the diapers and that John could poop on Auburn all day long. It was a funny!
We went to Jacksonville States homecoming and cocky came into the field house. The boys loved it except Patrick only liked him from a distance. I got him to pose in a picture but he wouldn't take his eyes off of cocky.
