All Stars... Here we Come!

The regular season is over and it's hard to believe that the team went 23-0. They averaged 26 runs a game and gave up only 6. Scored 486 total runs to 166 given up. WOW! We can't believe this 5/6 year team.

School's Out!

School's out and all three boys are at home. It wasn't even 7:30am this morning and Johns asking many questions. Can we go to the pool today? Can Cooper come over? Can we go outside? What can I do? Oh boy! I told him that he could find something to do but he wasn't going to bother me all day. He has finally made his way to the playroom and he and Drew are making noises. I'm excited that I don't have to keep the roads hot. Patrick I know is excited that every time he gets up he want go straight to the car. That is morning and afternoons during the school year. We do have a fun summer planned. A few things here and there. I wanted a break from being on the road and taking the boys to a place that they have to be! We'll go swimming some, visit family, out of town friends coming to visit, VBS at church, swim lessons, beach vacation late July and then John starts first grade August 4.

2006 League Champs!

Pepperell won the League at 16-0. The team was presented a trophy last night after the game. It was suppose to be done last week but thats okay. The boys didn't get a trophy each, just a team trophy. The trophy was taller than the boys. We're now in the County/City Tournament with double elimination. It should end this week. We play Monday night at 7pm.

Johns Kindergarten End of the Year Program

Johns kindergarten program was last night. "Everything From A to Z" It was so cute! He had to stand up alone and say a few words before the Pledge and then he started the Pledge of Allegiance and told everyone to be seated afterwards. Almost everyone had a part. He did a good job! Chris' parents came and I was so glad to have them there. Of course John wants everyone to come. But they were a lot of help with Patrick. He is so loud. Patrick was louder then the set of quads that are 20 mos. old. Drew helped Chris video and talked the whole time Chris said. I told him its like that all day. Afterwards we we to eat at Outback. John "Pledge of Allegiance" Presentation of Certificates Graduation from Kindergarten. The next 12 years will be gone before we know it.

Happy Mother's Day!

Just wanted to wish everyone a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! It is such a special day. I love spending the day with my four boys. They are special in my life and give me a reason to live each day to the fullest. Each one is so different. They bring joy in each day of my life. My mom has gone on to eternity. I'll always remember her for what she taught me. I love you Mom and thank you for giving me life and loving me for 29 years! Happy Mother's Day to Grandma Joyce and Nana! We all love you both and hope you have had a wonderful day. Happy Mother's day to Mamaw Taylor. I don't know if she sees this blog much but were thinking of you. Happy Mother's Day to a great grandmother! I feel special today. All three of the boys made me something special. Johns I cried. It is a book but the first picture in it was a picture that he drew the first day of kindergarten (which graduation is Tuesday night) They grow up so fast! Drew made me a card and a picture frame and today at church John had a hand full of flowers that he made, Drew a card with finger prints and Patrick a card with a picture of him sitting in his Sunday school teachers lap a few weeks ago. Chris got me a Hydrdangea. I look forward to planting it in my yard. Of course I've waited almost 3 years but I finally got drapes hung in my family room. That was exciting and a great Mother's Day gift.

Pop Pop & Grandma Joyces visit to Rome

Grandma and Pop Pop came to watch Johns last regular season Saturday baseball game. They met us at the ball park. Of course our game was late getting started. An hour. Lunch time had passed I didn't pack a sandwich for Patrick so Pop Pop got him his first ball park hot dog. He mowed through it. I couldn't believe it. And had some of Grandmas icee drink. Loved it. Drew even shared his with him. Johns team won. Yeah! First place in the regular season games. They did a good job. The boys didn't know Pop Pop and Grandma were coming until they saw them at the ball park. They were so surprised! John was excited that they had come to watch him play ball. After the ball game Chris took the John and Drew to a birthday party of another teammate while Patrick and I rode home with Pop Pop and Grandma to take a nap! Pop Pop napped too. After nap and the boys came home they wanted daddy to get out the waterslide. Yes it was cold. They didn't care. Nana got Drew this for his birthday (that's not til June1) on Friday when they spent the day together. They just couldn't wait to get on it. Pop Pop and Daddy put it together and got it going. Patrick got to open his birthday presents from Grandma too. 2 outfits and a ball. He loves to throw it and he will say ball. I'm walking and getting around everywhere. I have to keep my balance with my armes. Grandma and Patrick had to go visit the play area and swing. Pop Pop and Grandma had to swing too. Pop Pop and Grandma got the boys horseshoe game and Pop Pop teaches them what to do. Patrick wanted to be in the middle.
