Johns extra point
Thank you to a wonderful mother on our football team that captured these great shots of Johns extra points. We were all so proud of him. I think he was shocked too. It's fun having three wonderful boys! I'm sure its going to get more interesting around our house.

Drew lost his first tooth
We didn't know Drew had a loose tooth. The third day of school this year when I picked up the boys, Drew shows me the big news. He had lost his first tooth during lunch that day, Aug. 5. John said yes mama he showed me as I was going to lunch and he was leaving. They pass a lot during the day. I called his daddy and no he didn't know of a loose tooth that morning when he left the boys at school. Daddy said at least it wasn't a broke leg this year. That was the 5th day of kindergarten last year. We felt like we could handle the loose tooth. Drew was excited!
Football Jamboree
I tried my best to talk John out of playing football this year. But all summer he said he wanted to play. We said we would let the boys play when they asked. I didn't think it was a good idea with a new baby coming in September. I said John mommy might not get to come to every game. He said that's okay mom, Nana can take me. NOT! Nana works. Chris and I said we'd work it out and we have. Several of his friends played last year and so he wanted to give it a try. Today was the jamboree that kicked off the season. He has had a blast and has not complained at all. We'll get the schedule next week of the games they will play. We're told they play 10 regular season games. They played two 1/2 games today. They lost the first game and won the second game. John ran the extra point in for two to win the second game. He was so excited! We had to be at the field at 8:30 for a 9:00 and 9:45 game. Then we were off for a birthday party at 11:30 that Drew was invited to til 1:45. It was a full day.

First day of school
The boys had a great first week of school. They both love their teachers. It's hard to believe that John is in 3rd grade and Drew is in 1st grade. No broke legs this year the first week. Drew lost his first tooth on Wednesday at school and told me when I picked him up that it fell out eating a corndog at lunch. As far as we know he didn't have a loose tooth. So that was a shock but Chris said at least no broken bones this year the first week. John wanted to play football this year so we started practice in the afternoons. Never a spare moment.
Construction almost over
